Talk to me.

No forms. No funnels. No support queue. The person you email is the person who replies.

Before you write

Quick answers.

The things people usually ask before the first email.

  1. When do you reply?

Under 24h on weekdays (Monday to Friday, Lisbon time). Weekends I'm offline — emails wait until Monday morning.

  2. Do you work outside Portugal?

Yes. The studio is remote-first. First public case (CPS Plastering) is in Coventry, UK. Past clients across PT, UK, and EU. As long as we can talk on a call and email, geography doesn't matter.

  3. What languages can we work in?

Portuguese (PT-PT, native), English (fluent), Spanish (fluent). Calls and emails in any of those. Site copy delivery in any of those, plus extensible to other locales if you bring the translation.

  4. Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, before the discovery call if your project is sensitive. Standard mutual NDA, no fuss. Mention it in the first email and I'll send a draft.

  5. Why no contact form?

Contact forms are a pretext for ghosting. An email address is a commitment to reply — and to reply as a person, not as a ticket number.

  6. What if I just have a question, not a project?

Email anyway. If I can help in a single reply, I will. If your question turns into a project, we'll know.

Still here?

One email. That's the whole onboarding.
